Understanding of fraud detection, prevention, and field investigation

Ability to keep track of CCEs (Crop Cutting Experience) schedule, completion, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the same.

Publish dashboard for Claim survey to TAT breaches for allocation and completion of survey

Plan and schedule CHMs (Crop Health Monitoring), track the schedules, completion, and quality check, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS of the same.

Ability to coordinate and follow up with state-level, and district-level teams and vendors.

Participate in testing and implementation of various surveys, CHM, and other applications related to crop insurance and impart training of the same to the field staff as and when required.

Good in MIS, vendor onboarding, and documentation.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

Bachelordegree.

Prior experience of working with field investigation.

Good to have but not mandatory to have data analytics or forensics or any other specialty that may help in field investigation.
