Business Development Manager (Only Facility Management Services )

Key Deliverables:-

1. Actively seek, identify and develop new prospects through research, cold calling, connects, etc

2. Create Sales Funnel and maintain professional connects with prospective clients for future referrals.

3. To prepare proposals, profitability statements and presentations.

4. To assist Operations and CRM teams in post-sales activities

5. Be fully aware of new trends and initiatives in the industry

6. Provide reports on sales progress and other statistical analyses

Desired Competencies:-

1. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills (Written & Verbal)

2. Should be able to conduct market research to identify potential leads.

3. Create Sales Funnel and develop Customer Relationship

4. Should be target oriented and be able to handle & work under sales pressure

5. Prior experience of facilities / security industry would be an added advantage.

Education: Graduate; (MBA preferable)
