We are hiring Trainer-Personality Development, Grooming, and Communication

Key Responsibilities:

1) Training Design & Delivery:

Design and deliver customized training programs focused on personality development, grooming, and effective communication.

Develop training modules tailored to the needs of various departments, especially ground staff and customer-facing roles.

2) Assess Employee Needs:

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement among employees.

Collaborate with department heads to align training content with business objectives.

3) Skill Development:

Focus on enhancing soft skills such as active listening, professional etiquette, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.

Ensure employees project a positive, confident, and professional image in customer interactions.

4) Practical Implementation:

Include role-playing, simulations, and case studies in training to ensure practical applicability.

Regularly review the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback.

5) Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor employee performance post-training and provide reports to the management.

Suggest follow-up training sessions or workshops if necessary.

6) Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR and L&D departments to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

Recommend and implement best practices for continuous improvement in training methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Communication, Psychology, HR, or related fields. Certification in

Personality Development or Communication Training is a plus.

Experience:

• Aviation academy training background experience is preferred, someone who has hands on experience in grooming, softs skills etc.
• Passionate in training delivery and training sector.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful training programs in grooming, personality development, or communication.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Proficient in using various training tools and methodologies.
• Ability to motivate and engage participants at all levels.
• Proficient in training delivery

• Creative and innovative in training delivery methods.
• Empathetic and approachable.

Note- This profile is travel based, should be comfortable to travel Pan India
