Job Description- System Analyst
Location: Noida Sector-62
Must-Haves (Technical) 

● End-User Support: 

○ Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. 

○ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

○ Assist with password resets, account setup, and access permissions. 

● Hardware Maintenance: 

○ Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. 

● Software Support: 

○ Install, update, and configure operating systems and software applications. 

○ Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues. 

○ Collaborate with the IT team to deploy software updates and patches. 

○ Basic knowledge of monitoring tools e.g Datadog, Grafana etc 

● System Security: 

○ Educate end-users on best security practices. 

● Documentation and Reporting: 

○ Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory. 

○ Generate reports on IT support activities and trends. 

○ Contribute to the development of IT documentation and knowledge base articles. 

● Training and User Education: 

○ Provide basic training to end-users on IT tools and applications. 

○ Create user-friendly guides and tutorials. 

○ Promote IT awareness and best practices among staff. 
Hands on experience in following monitoring tools : 

● Experience with remote desktop troubleshooting 

● Resolve printer connectivity issues 

● Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. 

● Maintain all systems up to date with upgrades and security resolutions 

● Supporting user needs related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers,and the like for both in-office and home/remote office needs.

● Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. 

● Ensures all the problems are resolving in a timely manner and following SLAs. 

● Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines. 

● Good communication skills
