DY/Manager - QA

General Requirements:

1. Should be good Communication Skill.

2. Diploma or B. Tech holder (Mechanical/Automobile/Production).

3. Must be worked Tier One companies of MSIL.

Technical Requirements:

1. Must have relevant experience (only from Automotive industry)

Job Profile:

1. Able to handle VSA, IATF 16949 , OHSAH ETC- MR - Position

2. Manage in house QA activity and customer Quality Issues.

3. Hands on assembly process

4. Monthly CTQ parameters data inhouse

5. Maintaining quality standards in process QA

6. Responsible for reducing inhouse rejection and rework PPM

7. Knowledge of - 7QC Tools, PDCA, G8D, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA

8. Process Improvements / upgradation

9. Layout Inspection

10. Quality Circles / Kaizen and VA-VE projects etc

11. Able to handle team of 6-8 staffs.

1. Good exposure of Ms. Office
