Roles and Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to maximize ROI.
2. Content and Social Media Management:
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize social media engagement and performance metrics.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze website traffic and online campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
4. Lead Generation:
• Drive high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
5. Brand Building:
• Maintain and enhance the companys online presence and reputation.
• Work on creative marketing initiatives to differentiate the brand.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. A certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva.
• Creative thinking and excellent content creation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
