Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and customer base.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to shape business strategies.
• Strategize and implement innovative business plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Represent Krishi Group at industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop proposals and negotiate partnerships or contracts to enhance market penetration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in building materials, irrigation systems, or related industries.

Skills Required:

• Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proactive approach to building and sustaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
