Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and

maintaining high-quality Python code for various applications and systems. You will

collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust and scalable solutions, ensuring

the highest standards of code quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python code

for applications and systems, ensuring robust performance and scalability.

• System Design & Architecture: Contribute to the design and development of

micro and macro application systems, ensuring that the software architecture is

well-structured and efficient.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

and translate them into technical specifications, delivering solutions that meet

business needs.

• Clean Coding: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to

coding standards and best practices.

• Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy to

manipulate, analyze, and extract valuable insights from data.

• Automation Pipelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of

automation pipelines, applying DevOps principles to streamline software delivery

and improve efficiency.

• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to

ensure high-quality code, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

• Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python

development and related technologies to enhance your skills and the teams

productivity.

• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, helping them grow technically

and fostering a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Python programming with expertise in writing clean,

maintainable code.

• Proficient with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and other data

manipulation tools.

• Experience in developing microservices and working with software architecture &

design principles.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation pipeline development.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with

cross-functional teams.

• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Knowledge of frameworks such as Django or Flask is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education:

• Full time Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or

equivalent experience).
