Job Description
- Build an SEO process with internal and external teams aimed at increasing organic search rankings and visibility for programs
- Build a comprehensive SEO strategy for every quarter and drive it with a cross-functional team including product, performance marketing, content and technology
- Bring relevant organic leads to the website and develop and execute strategies to convert them in collaboration with other teams
- Drive content growth by overseeing and being accountable for the performance and commercials of the SEO Content Writers which includes planning, outreach, hiring, training and mentoring them. This also includes managing processes for content production, optimization and distribution
- Work with design and video team to create necessary media and designs for each content pieces and their distribution
- Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities for our programs and stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using industry-leading tools and leverage insights and trends
- Find innovative ways to use technology and drive exponential growth of content leading to business results
- Research for Content Development: You will talk to other SEO managers from the industry to build new case studies. You ll study and experiment with new tools, platforms, etc. to keep our training programs up-to-date.
- Academic Operations: You will be working with the academic team in creating, evaluating, and assessing the students. You will also work with our external pool of experts to raise the benchmark on training on an ongoing basis.
- Training: Once you have gained enough practical exposure, you will also be working with students with varying levels of experience and exposure across programs to help them understand the concepts in a better way.
