Post-Graduate/MBA person with relevant experience of 4-5 Years. Young Dynamic, Strong communication skill and good negotiator for purchase freight and skill to understand market trend. Business skills to understand timelines for deliveries and good skill to solve operational problems.

Job Description:
Experience to arrange vehicles from market as per requirement.
Negotiate for freight with transporters.
Coordination with plants for operational issue related to transportation.
Coordinate for arranging all the required documents by transporter before vehicle movement.
Arranging vehicles as per dispatch planning.
Monitoring fleet operation to avoid extra cost like demurrage and other.
Freight Payment Planning for Advance freight and Final Payment.
Communication with transporter and resolve issue, if any related to financial books closing.
Prepare and review MIS related to Dispatch and Vehicle Planning according to schedule date of material lifting from plant and last date of Delivery against Sales Contract.
Market/Trend analysis of business.
