Position Overview:

The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for K.R. Mangalam Schools, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent to meet the school's teaching and staffing needs. This role will work closely with the HR team, department heads, and school leadership to understand recruitment requirements and deliver an effective, efficient recruitment process. The Senior HR Recruiter will also help drive initiatives to improve the overall recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and talent pipeline for the schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition to on-boarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across all departments, particularly for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with school leadership and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and skillsets needed for each role.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions. Ensure that candidates are a strong cultural and professional fit for the school.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials, ensuring a seamless integration of new employees into the school's environment.
• Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate recruitment data, prepare reports on recruitment activities, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
• Employer Branding: Promote K.R. Mangalam School as an employer of choice through strategic branding efforts and by highlighting the school's culture, values, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment processes are in compliance with the school's policies, labor laws, and educational regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters degree in HR (with specialization in Recruitment)
• Experience: Atleast 4-5 years in a senior position, ideally in an educational environment or similar setting.
• Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
• Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and job boards.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
