Role : VP - Sales (India/APAC Business)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a thorough understanding of the sales life cycle and operations.
- They should be adept at using multiple CRM tools and ideally having experience working with clients across the globe.
- The Sales Leader will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
-Lead the sales function in India fostering a high-performance culture (Both IC and Team handling).
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in India/APAC region.
- Handle client interactions from initial contact through to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and practices.
CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, and others to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Market Insights:
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
- Total Experience of 12+ years with a proven track record in a sales leadership role within the IT services industry.
- Experience working in both small-sized and large-sized organizations.
Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong background in sales with a deep understanding of the sales life cycle.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho.
- Ability to manage and close deals with clients in India/ APAC.
- Persuasive negotiation and program management abilities.
- Talent for identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends and revenue opportunities.
