- Driving the entire course & content development for the livelihood training program.
- Interaction with industry & Academia to ensure relevance of content.
- Identify different sectors for skill development and their demand.
- Identification, development and introduction of newer courses.
- Development of suitable pedagogy & teaching materials.
- Ensure quality training of Faculty through regular trainings.
- Develop implement a system for monitoring Faculty performance.
- Review Improve / upgrade course materials, standards and teaching methods.
- Use E-learning to ensure standardization and consistency in teaching
- standards /course material across all centres.
- Provide inputs for all expansion and strategic plans in all matters related to
- academics
- Responsible for setting and advancing the academic strategy in line with the
- Market Trends.
- Identification and managing relationships with Sector Partners for Academic
- council, industry tie up etc.
