vECU Simulation Architect

Job Title: vECU Simulation Architect  Job Type: Full-time Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with extensive experience in automotive software development, particularly in the creation of level 3 or level 4 virtual Electronic Control Units (vECU). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Classic and Adaptive Autosar, co-simulation environments such as VEOS and SILKIT, and expertise in tools like Synopsys, MATLAB/Simulink for vECU development. Responsibilities: Develop level 3 or level 4 virtual Electronic Control Units (vECU) for automotive applications.Design and implement software architectures adhering to Classic and Adaptive Autosar standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate vECUs in co-simulation environments like VEOS, SILKIT.Utilize tools such as Synopsys, MATLAB/Simulink for vECU creation and validation.Configure and optimize operating systems including Linux, QNX for embedded systems.Utilize emulators like Cuttlefish, QEMU for testing and validation purposes.Develop and maintain development environments using Eclipse, VSCode, RENODE.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience (X years) in creating level 3 or level 4 vECUs.In-depth knowledge of Classic and Adaptive Autosar standards.Hands-on experience with co-simulation tools such as VEOS, SILKIT.Proficiency in tools like Synopsys, MATLAB/Simulink for vECU development.Familiarity with operating systems like Linux, QNX.Experience with emulators such as Cuttlefish, QEMU.Proficiency in development environments like Eclipse, VSCode, RENODE.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in automotive embedded systems development.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Certifications related to Autosar or automotive software development. Work Experience: 10-12 years of experience in automotive software development, specifically focusing on vECU creation and Autosar standards.Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex automotive software architectures.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards.
