Role Sr. Data Engineer (ERP exposure)
Job Description
Data engineering on cloud technologies with some SAP or other ERP knowledge.
people who might have worked implementing EDWs on Cloud data warehouses with SAP or other ERP (SAP, Oracle, DJE, Peoplesoft, etc) being the data source
Skills
Python, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Enterprise Planning, BODS Query Transform, Map Operations, Table Comparison, Merge, Case, SQL, and Validation Transforms, HCM Cloud
Must Have
Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes (Must have)
Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs for API-based Ingestions in DWH
Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark
Good to have
Streaming technologies like Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, or Google Pub/Sub for IOT data processing (Good to have)
AWS services or equivalent services in other cloud providers(GCP, Azure) like AWS Lambda, Glue, Athena
Proficiency in SQL and good experience in Python or any other programming language like Scala, java, or go
