Senior Officer / Officer - Sales

Roles:

Sales Executive is primarily responsible for driving sales directly and through channel partners and meet sales targets

Coordinate with sales support for products and transactions

Responsibilities

• Provide market related information covering product movements including competitors
• Sales coordination with customers / channel partners
• Co ordinate for delivery
• Ensure payment collection within stipulated time
• monitor channel partners Service level agreement
• Meet customer regularly
• Interact and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of business transactions
• To regularly update and report orders , responses on customer calls viz complaints, product requests, technical support requests, requirement and consumption trends, cash flow alerts
• To gather customer information as per company’s prescribed format ( Customer registration Form)
• Adhering to department budget
