Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing and Customer Relations Executive to handle all customer interactions, follow-up communications, and marketing initiatives. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and customers, managing and creating content for our social media platforms, and conducting field visits when necessary.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Relations:

    • Take incoming calls and respond to customer emails, ensuring quick and efficient communication.
    • Perform daily follow-ups with customers, doctors, and distributors, and maintain records of all interactions.
    • Conduct in-person meetings with doctors and distributors, as needed, to introduce and discuss our products.

    • Marketing and Social Media:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our products on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Design, create, and schedule engaging posts to keep our social media presence active and informative.
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to adjust campaigns and maximize reach

    • Brand Promotion and Product Awareness:
    • Identify and pursue new promotional opportunities and partnerships that align with our brand.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, proposing new strategies for growth.
    • Create marketing collateral, basic digital designs, and presentations as needed to support sales efforts.

    • Administrative and Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, and social media activities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align customer feedback with product and marketing improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-up abilities.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) are a plus.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to handling customer needs.
