Division/ Department - Sales - PPDC


Reporting to - Regional Sales Manager - PPDC


Role Overview/ Job Purpose (Basic Information related to the role - A Brief in 2-3 lines)

  • Achieve business objectives in the designated territory
  • Meet Existing and prospective customers to enhance KM brand & work towards improving customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance coverage by expanding into territories of un-met customers.

Key Responsibilities (Detailed outline of the role holder)

  • Establish KM products across verticals viz Jobbers, Commercial printers, Publishers, SBOs, Offset Market to increase Km Market share and retain No. 1 Position.
  • Responsible for achieving all Sales targets allocated by the Management in the designated territory.
  • Drive Marketing activities such as roadshows & exhibition participation in the designated zone.
  • Maintain good relationship with top customers, partners and resellers in the region. Retain KM top customers base and penetrate into competition top customers base.
  • Explore the PP business opportunities in Govt. & corporate sector as well
  • Ensure overall usage of CRM
  • Needs to be remain updated in terms of technical skill of new products/services of KM as well as of competition product.
  • Analyze the assigned territory and make a deep penetration of KM brand into C & D class town as well by placing KM products.
  • Share & maintain the weekly, monthly & quarterly report to RSM/ZSM & also any new development in assigned territory.
  • Work closely with cross function departments service, marketing & Credit control for better customer satisfaction

Desired Skills, Experience and Required Qualification:

Desired Skills:

  • Preferred to have background/experience of Printer,& IT Hardware.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in B2B Sales in equipment selling and high end capital goods.

Required Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream/MBA.
