Key skills for the job
Technical Support Engineer for the company's clients working on In-house products. Candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of IP networking, Server/Client Architecture, Operating System troubleshooting and Database Management. Candidate should be inclined towards providing excellent customer service through quick problem resolution/timely escalation.
Provide Onsite/telephonic Tier 1 support to end users at Client Sites for data-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve Network and Hardware specific issues.
Perform database management.
For issues that require a higher level of support, escalate to Tier 2 as per the specified guidelines.
Required Skills:
•Good understanding of Ethernet, and TCP/IP routing.
•Strong technical and analytical skills.
•Hands-on experience in desktop-level support.
•Server-level support experience is desirable.
•Should have technical knowledge of MS-SQL. Hands-on experience would be an advantage.
•Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
•Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
