Export Executive

Responsibilities:

• Pre & post export documentations.
• Co-ordination with banks, cha, customs & forwarders.
• Negotiation of freight with various shipping lines/forwarders.
• Co-ordination with cha/dock staff for carting, container pick up, stuffing, movement, gate in & onboard.
• Shipment status to buyers from dispatch till onboard by email/w.app.
• Making purchase orders on respective buyers.
• Getting approval from buyers regarding shipment marking on packages.
• Instruction to suppliers for printed/manual marking/labels.
• Sending required data for printed marking & labels for manual marking.
• Co-ordination with suppliers & transporters for timely dispatch & delivery.
• Knowledge in export incentives will be an added advantage.

• Looking for someone who has worked for similar type of organization and chemical field most probably.
