Back Office Professional - Marketing

Responsibilities

working in outlook (should know to send emails regarding price, samples as instructed)

• should know ms office (excel & word)
• should know to make preform invoice (in companys software)
• sending samples to the international buyers & booking the parcel online.
• to maintain excel sheets required in marketing department and updating the same on daily basis.
• preparing / editing the documents to send to the buyers.
• having experience of similar type of work at least for 2 years in a repeated organization would be preferred.

Desired profile of the candidate

• Looking for someone who has worked for similar type of organization and chemical field most probably.
