Internship Opportunity: CRM & E-Commerce Coordination

Location: Hauz Khas (New Delhi) / Gurugram, Haryana
Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our team. As a CRM & E-Commerce Coordination Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and contributing to the growth of our online presence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM-Related Work: Assist with customer relationship management tasks, including managing customer queries, updating records, and supporting retention strategies.
• E-Commerce Listing: Help with creating and updating product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring all details are accurate and visually appealing.
• Monthly Reports: Assist in generating and analyzing monthly performance reports to track sales, customer engagement, and other key metrics.
• Stock Update: Monitor and update stock levels in real-time across e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are available for sale and inventory is accurate.
• Influencer Marketing Coordination: Support the influencer marketing team in identifying potential influencers, coordinating campaigns, and tracking results.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
