Job Description

Job Purpose

This role will report to Head of Business Process Excellence and shall closely work with Head of IT - Kohler India, and other functional heads such as Director Sales, Director Marketing and key vertical heads within Sales, Marketing, Service and IT functions. The position holder will own, drive, and lead Omnichannel strategy and execution including rollout. The position is part of Business Process Excellence team but will work with all functional heads across the organization and MD Kohler India South Asia.

Key Job Responsibilities -

Strategic Execution: Full cycle of Strategy formulation, Requirement gathering and refining, implementation including rollout and monitoring
Requirement Gathering through discovery sessions in meeting the project objectives.
Refining requirements into technology solutions with clearly defined business benefits, outcomes and impact
Project Management: Interpreting and analyzing potential risks and issues on implementation delays and timely preparation of relevant project management reports.
Responsible for maintaining the business s Masters through Master Data Management.
Coordination and Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, SCM and Global teams in delivering Omni-channel rollout.
Drive Change Management across the organization in adopting to Omni-channel strategy!

Cross Functional Collaboration

Sales: Responsible for improving the lead generation and improvement in conversion. Build a full funnel view across all channels: digital, architect, Kohler Experience Center, dealer references etc.
Service: Responsible for adopting omni-channel into the Service team thereby improving customer and dealer satisfaction and supporting improved service revenue and other service KPIs
Marketing: Support the Marketing team in defining customer journey, building omni-channel rollout across all customer touchpoints, support in Marketing Automation.
Finance: To deliver business metrics within the cost guardrails

SCM: Work with SCM team on Inventory, improving service levels for dealers.
Global teams and Shared Services: Work with global teams and shared services to drive synergies.

Working with Consultants and Agencies
Efficiently collaborate with consultants (e.g. McKinsey, KPMG etc.) to deliver Omnichannel built out, adoption and change management.
Collaborate with agencies (e.g. digital asset creations, dealer loyalty program etc.) to build capabilities for Omnichannel strategy!
Collaborate between Consultatnts and cross functional teams in delivering Omnichannel rollout.

Key Deliverables :

Building a seamless omnichannel experience - Create a unified customer journey across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring seamless navigation, engagement, and personalization at every stage.
Maximizing lead capture conversion - Centrally capture and qualify leads across channels, enhance in-store engagement, and drive higher traffic to KECs to boost upsell and overall conversion.
Increase Digital Leads by driving efficiencies and engagement through cross functional leads.
Increase KEC Leads through omni-channel experience across EBOs/MBOs, digital, architect etc.
Drive Customer Engagement to improve conversion through cross functional teams.
Drive Change Management across the organization to have a Digital First mindset and embrace omni-channel strategy.
Drive Master Data Management to enable unified view of customers, dealers and material masters.
Deliver all KPIs identified for successful rollout and adoption of Omni-channel strategy.

Skills Knowledge :

In-depth understanding of Technology, Business Processes, Marketing, Ecommerce and overview of technology platforms salesforce, SAP etc.
Leadership skills and ability to build scalable processes influence cross functional teams.
Good interpersonal skills
Strong Planning and execution skills.
Practical knowledge of driving and implementing strategic initiatives through technology and otherwise.
Ability to work in a matrix structure.
Communicates and demonstrates integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

Education Qualifications :

Minimum MBA (Tier 1/ Tier 2) with 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
