Project Management Manager

Job Description:

This position has been created to support the needs of growing needs of the India Technical Center (ITC). With numerous regional projects getting addressed at ITC. This position requires a candidate that has sound project management expertise to execute the upcoming compliance projects.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead various projects at Kohler India Technical Center in Pune
2. Customer interaction, Scope definition, Project Planning, Resource planning
3. Requirements gathering
4. Planning and executing various types of projects.
5. NPD - Engineering Projects (Kitchen & Bath, Faucets, Other)
6. Compliance projects
7. VAVE projects
8. Support in executing projects on time by following up with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
9. Conducting daily/weekly meetings, follow up with teams to ensure that tasks are completed.
10. Ensure that Monthly reports are submitted as per the Quality set standards for review and audits
11. Ensure that all the online portals (MS Project Online) are kept up to date for global live reports
12. Conflict Management expertise
13. Should have sound stakeholder management with global counterparts (US, APAC. EMEA).
14. Strong Project Management skills
15. Minimum 8+ years of experience (of which approximately 6+ years in core Project Management role)
16. Documentation skills, attention to details
17. Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
18. Should have worked on compliances (ISI, BIS)
19. Should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes

Preferred candidate profile:

1. 10+ years of experience (6+ years in Project Management role)
2. Experience in MS Project & related Project Management tools.
3. Experience in Past roles in Engineering or Manufacturing is a bonus.
4. Data Management / Data Analytics experience preferred.
5. Engineering design related exposure
6. PMP Certification is an added advantage.
