Business Analyst Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Assessment:
  
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their organizational structure, workflows, and goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of processes within each department to identify strengths, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• KPI Development:
  
• Define measurable KPIs tailored to each department's processes, aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish benchmarks and targets to evaluate performance across departments.
• Process Optimization:
  
• Recommend actionable improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Develop documentation outlining process maps, roles, and responsibilities.
• Tracking Mechanisms:
  
• Design and implement systems or tools to monitor KPI performance.
• Establish protocols for regular performance reviews and reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  
• Present findings, recommendations, and KPI frameworks to senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to client teams on tracking and improving their KPIs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in consulting, process improvement, or KPI development.
• Strong understanding of organizational structures and cross-departmental workflows.
• Proficiency in tools for process mapping, KPI tracking, and reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, process management software).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Important Point

• This role requires travel to client locations and the ability to work onsite for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt to client schedules and requirements is essential.
