- Review medical records, including anesthesia charts, surgical reports, and other relevant documents to accurately code procedures using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for accurate coding practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or questions related to procedure coding.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in coding regulations, guidelines, and technologies.
