Role Overview.

We are seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Artist with a minimum of 3 year of experience to join.

Responsibilities.

Design, develop, and implement 3D environments, assets, and interactive elements within Unreal Engine.

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute artistic visions, ensuring high-quality visual output.

Optimize 3D assets and environments for performance without compromising visual quality.

Implement lighting, materials, and shaders to create realistic or stylized visuals depending on project requirements.

Work with the technical team to integrate assets into the pipeline while maintaining real-time performance.

Stay updated with the latest features and developments in Unreal Engine and apply them to enhance project quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the real-time rendering pipeline in Unreal Engine.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve visual quality, pipeline efficiency, and workflow processes.

Skills & Attributes.

Proficiency in Unreal Engine, with a strong understanding of real-time rendering, lighting, materials, and optimization techniques.

Expertise in 3D asset creation, including modelling, texturing, and shading.

Strong understanding of scene composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and technical teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications.

Proven experience as an Unreal Engine Artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Unreal Engine projects.

Proficiency in 3D software (e g, Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) for asset creation.

Experience with real-time rendering workflows and optimization techniques in Unreal Engine.

Knowledge of scripting or blueprint systems within Unreal Engine is a plus.

A degree in Game Design, Visual Effects, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in real-time rendering and virtual production.
