Job Description
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Key Skills: - Analyze Client Needs: The business analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of the clients business requirements and needs. This includes understanding the clients existing processes, identifying areas of improvement, and proposing potential solutions.
- Develop Proposals: Based on the analysis, the business analyst will develop proposals that outline the proposed solutions, including the business benefits, costs, and timelines. The proposals may include details on the software or hardware solutions, as well as any additional services needed.
- Provide Technical Support: The business analyst may be responsible for providing technical support during the pre-sales phase. This may include answering questions from the client, providing technical demonstrations, and assisting with any technical issues that arise.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: The business analyst will work closely with the sales team to understand the clients needs and requirements. They may also work with the sales team to develop proposals, and to provide technical support during the sales process.
- Manage Client Relationships: The business analyst may be responsible for managing relationships with the client during the pre-sales phase. This includes ensuring that the clients needs are being met, and that any issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct Market Research: The business analyst may be responsible for conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive products and services, and to identify potential opportunities for the company.
- Participate in Industry Events: The business analyst may participate in industry events, such as conferences and trade shows, to promote the companys products and services, and to network with potential clients.
Project manage and client communications Build long term relations with client for future projects Manage client change requests and update the project budget based on the same Monitor project timelines from time to time Project closure activity and making marketing collaterals after project closure. Like case studies and client feedback forms.
