Job Description
- AWS Expected Experience:
- Design, deployment and transformation of complex cloud environments and Compute services (e.g. EC2, containers, serverless)
- Define and enforce policies for authentication, authorization, and encryption services.
- Monitoring/Observability tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Prometheus, DataDog , Grafana) to enhance system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- DevOps Expected Experience:
- CI/CD tools (e.g. CodePipeline / CodeBuild , Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- IaC tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Serverless Framework)
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including zero-trust architectures and compliance frameworks.
- Service Mesh Expected Experience:
- Lead the design and deployment of service mesh solutions (e.g., Istio, Linkerd , Consul) to enhance microservices communication and security.
- Develop standards and best practices for traffic management, service discovery, and resiliency using service mesh capabilities.
- Integrate service mesh components into existing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of service mesh deployments in high-traffic environments.
- Implement secure communication using mTLS and zero-trust principles.
- Enhance system performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to influence and drive architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.
