MIS Executive and Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports using CRM data, including sales pipeline analysis and forecasting.
  
• Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.
  
• Design and maintain databases using MS Access or Google Sheets to store customer information.
  
• Create presentations with charts, graphs, and other visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in sales processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
