Job Description
- Purchase of raw materials according demand coming from ERP system
- Proceed Escalations
- Daily management of placed purchase orders (advancing, postponing, cancellation, tracking)
- Daily tracing/checking status of placed orders (explanation of remainders, invoices, checking missing confirmations)
- Taking proper decisions in case when production plan is changed (action advance, action postpone, action
- Realization on DOS (days on stock) KPI for components from dedicated suppliers
- Taking care of KPI realization
- Keeping and updating proper buffer stock level for items from dedicated suppliers
- B.E/B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical or Master s Degree in Supply chain Management
- Relevant experience should be 3 years and above.
- Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Knowledge of D365 ERP Systems
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
