The main responsibility in this role is to ensure that both customer and employers expectations related to the sourcing of material are fulfilled



Job Description:. The main responsibility in this role is to ensure that both customer and employers expectations related to the sourcing of material are fulfilled

Cooperation with appointed material commodity suppliers

Analysis of suppliers quotes for all Kitron production sites (Lithuania, Poland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Czech Republic and the US)

Selection of suppliers during the evaluation of received quotes

Cost reduction and suppliers management to ensure timely supply chain processes

Identification and implementation of innovative solutions for a more effective sourcing/purchase process

Requirements:. Higher education within business administration, logistics, economy or technology, preferably within electronics, mechanics, automation or process industry (lack of education could be substituted with relevant work experience)

Strong English language

Skills, both spoken and written

Experience in sourcing/procurement procedures or similar fields

Electronic components' technical knowledge would be considered an advantage

Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Result-oriented, excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving and negotiation
