A. LAND FEASIBILITY
1. To calculate maximum possible saleable area from the given plot
B. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
1. Follow up & acquiring final presentation plans from project architect through calls & meetings whenever necessary
2. Reviewing the design from sale, sanction, EC & execution point of view
C. CONSULTANT LIST FINALISATION
1. Finalising all the list of all consultants involved in the project from the director
2. Getting the list from director of persons involved in acquiring various NOCs
D. ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCE (E.C.)
1. Acquiring required data, drawings and documentations form all related consultants and internal team
2. Follow up with concerned person for acquiring all NOCs and approvals required from local authority
3. Conducting timely ACM (all consultant meetings) for acquiring required information for EC committee and authority meetings
E. SANCTION
1. Preparing schedule of sanction for various stages after discussing with the director
2. Preparing calculations for challans for various sanction stages for building permission, fire NOC, IOD & plinth
3. Follow up with concerned person for acquiring building permissions and NOCs
F. EXECUTION
1. Finalise the services, structural details in order to get GFC WD for execution through conducting meetings with consultants, discussions with project manager and site visits required from time to time
G. RERA & EC REPORTS
1. Getting quarterly updated forms (RERA form 1) from project architect through coordination with onsite team for every quarter for RERA website updation
2. Getting six monthly reports from EC consultant through coordination with onsite team for EC updation
3. Acquiring various work stage completion letters form project architects for CRM team work
