Warehouse Insights - Team Lead (10+ Years)

We are looking for a Warehouse Insights - Team Lead who oversees warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. He manages inventory, supervise staff, and enforce safety protocols. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Role & responsibilities:

• Experience in Java development, Angular JS, Spring Boot/Spring frameworks and Expertise with cloud-native applications on Azure and AKS cluster or other containerized application framework.
• Knowledge of RESTful/SOAP API development.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Azure SQL programming and script development.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps principles, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and ZAP or related.
• Experience with Agile methodology, sprint-based product development and SAFe principles.
• Experience in leading development teams throughout the entire development lifecycle, implementing best practices to ensure code quality, application scalability, performance, security, and reliability standards.

Recommended:

• Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, High Charts or similar.
• Working knowledge of Power Platforms, Power Apps
• Working Knowledge of Warehouse/Inventory Management Systems, Logistics or Supply Chain domain
• Experience in designing or developing AI or ML algorithms for application use cases.

Skill Set Required:

• Process driven with ability to interact with business users to gather business requirements and confirm solution design
• Ability to analyze business requirement and transform into system process
• Working Knowledge in fulfillment / transportation / freight forwarding / consolidation and/or 3rd Party Logistics industry.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving, attention to detail and creative solution design
• Team player and able to manage in diverse workforces
• Presentation and communication skills, both written and oral

Technologies Required:

Java development, Angular JS, Spring Boot/Spring frameworks, Oracle PL/SQL and Azure SQL programming and script development, Azure DevOps principles, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and ZAP or related.

Experience (Min ~ Max): 9 - 12 Years

Education Required: Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent work experience.

Required Language Skills: English language proficiency.
