Job Description

Job Role: Power Builder Consultant

Experience: 6+ years

Education Qualification: BE/ BTech

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

Duration: Long-term

Mandatory Skills: PowerBuilder, PRO*C, PLSQL, oracle

Roles & Responsibilities:

Technically good in Power Builder
Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
Develop new GUI pages for business needs.
Have designed and develop many windows, user objects and data windows to enhance the PB applications.
Create and modified/update new PB objects (windows, structures, functions, user objects using SQL).
Query optimization, performance tuning, store procedure, functions, package, trigger, views, hints, indexes etc
Excellent debugging skills.
Creating Procedures, function, packages.
Create, review, and update processes as needed to ensure that the development process is as efficient as possible.
Have experience on modified/update new PB objects (windows, structures, functions, user objects using SQL)
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies. Shares acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels.
Good to have manufacturing domain/Order processing knowledge.
Good learning attitude and communication skills
Should be ready to work in Singapore shift
Performing Daily SQL/ Unix production support activities.
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and yearly jobs. Set up new jobs in cron-tab.
Daily and weekly application health check in both prod and non-prod environments.
Always ready for any emergency and critical change.
Fixing real time issues/ research request provided by customer.
Monitoring application logs on production and alerting respective teams.
Setting up new customers for adding into system of trading.
Bug fixing in existing system.
