Job Overview :

We seek a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Associate (Amazon & other Marketplaces) to join our team.

The the ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making, with a passion for healthy living and food.

Key Responsibilities :

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Execution :

- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the brand, focusing on increasing online sales and improving the user journey.

- Lead the management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and performance optimization.

2. Sales Growth :

- Drive online revenue growth through promotions, product launches, and conversion rate optimization.

- Identify new growth opportunities such as marketplace expansion, partnerships, or collaborations with other platforms.

3. Marketing :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.

4. Performance Analytics & Reporting :

- Regularly analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, etc.) and adjust strategies as needed.

- Report on key KPIs and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

5. Inventory & Operations :

- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and efficient order fulfilment.

- Work with the product team to forecast inventory needs based on e-commerce sales trends.
