Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of strong functional experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with a preference for those holding a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

This role involves leading full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and providing expert consulting on complex finance processes across global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
  
• Configure SAP modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, and Product Costing
  
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration
  
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  
• Resolve issues and provide continuous support to business users
  
• Mentor junior consultants and drive solution excellence
  
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP FICO modules
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance
  
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly preferred
  
• Proven success working on large-scale global SAP implementations
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus
  
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP FSCM, Treasury, or Central Finance
  
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
  
• Integration knowledge with MM, SD, and HR modules
