Tele Sales Executive

About Us:
Khidki Homes is a fast-growing startup in the interior materials industry, helping interior
designers, architects, carpenters, and contractors procure plywood, laminates, MDF, PVC
boards, and more. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join
our team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (interior designers, architects, contractors) to
  introduce Khidki Homes products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plywood, laminates, MDF, and
  other interior materials.
• Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in B2B or interior-related
  industries.
• Strong English, Kannada, and/or Hindi communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, MDF, etc.) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with a target-driven approach.
