Role & responsibilities
1. Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
2. Preparation of list of accounts payable and receivables from time to time.
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
4. Prepare financial statements
5. Assist with audits
6. Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
7. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
8. Preparing and filing GST returns on monthly and annual basis.
9. Preparing TDS working and filing TDS returns on quarterly basis.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of accounting software (Tally) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Article Assistant.
