Your role:
- We, at Khatabook are looking to hire a Senior Manager / Associate Director Credit Risk.

What would you do at Khatabook?
- Develop and continually improve credit risk policies based on portfolio trends and early warning signals.
- Portfolio Management, including early warning signals.
- Develop and manage the Credit Risk KPI tracking mechanism.
- Develop and manage the Expected Credit Loss/ Risk Estimation Model.
- Coordinate cross-functionally for the communication, implementation, and improvement of credit risk strategies with minimal impact on business growth.
- Liaise with Decision Science and Product teams to regularly enhance credit risk metrics and keep them below benchmarks.
- Develop and implement fraud control processes.
- Support the Finance team in AOP and other risk related reporting's/projections.
- Assist the Collection team in developing and improving collection strategies.
- Liaise with third-party lenders for policy alignment.
- Communicate and implement credit policies, processes, and systems to the underwriting team.
- Designing and leading Policy experiments.
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years UW + Policy experience in unsecured (preferably UBL /Cards) + secured (preferably HL, LAP)
- Have worked in both NBFC / Bank & Fintech Lending experience.
- Should be very adept at data handling (SQL, Python, R) & spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheets).
- Should have deep understanding of Risk selection models (application Scorecards) & Loss prediction models (ECL Expected Credit Loss)
