Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through manual and automated testing processes. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.

Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.

Report, track, and verify defects using a bug tracking system.

Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.

Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience in software quality assurance.

Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).

Knowledge of database testing and SQL.

Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
