Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering. • Proficiency in MS Office. Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory.
• Proven experience in the engineering field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities. • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure. • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Liaising with other engineers and Supervisor to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
• Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure Optimum utilization of all the Machines in turn making the entire production process, cost effective and efficient.
• Start and Stop Production Lines.
• Set Machine Settings.
• Label Products, Machine, Tools and Accessories (Follow 5S practice).
• Clean Work Area.
• Maintain Safety.
Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Power point.
- Logical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
- Excel (pivot Table, Charts, Advance formula like If Vlookup and statistical formula.
- Cost Savings mind set.
