Plant Head / Factory Head / General Manager Operations ( Manufacturing)

Job Summary:
The Plant Manager will be responsible for optimizing processes. The role requires a strong understanding of Tool& Die, and the ability to work with all levels of employees & helping staff to assign daily tasks & optimum work load.

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall d operations including improvement in existing processes for better efficiency, lower costs.
2. Develop and refine processes to ensure consistency and efficiency while minimizing waste and defects.
3. Responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and maintenance.
4. Collaborate with Senior Management on strategic plans. Collaborate with Production team to implement POKA YOKE / KAIZEN, ensuring feasibility, cost-efficiency, and adherence to production schedules.
5. Conduct performance reviews and adjust to meet production targets.
6. Prepare and manage the plants budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with goals.
7. Monitor and control operational expenses.
8. Liaise with suppliers/ vendors for the factory equipment.
9. Manage SCM Operations, including inventory management, supply chain optimization.
10. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication and collaboration.
11. Ensure dyeing processes and chemical handling comply with industry environmental and safety regulations
12. Prepare and maintain periodic MIS Reports and submit to management.

Educational Qualification :
B. Tech /B.E. in Mechanical , Min 15+ Years of experience into Production & Supply Chain Management with min. 12+ yrs. as Plant / Operations Head

Work Experience & Skills:
Strong understanding of PPC (Production Planning & Control), Change Management, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Production Planning & Control principles.
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by implementing process improvements initiatives.
Strong background in working with different dyeing techniques and textile.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of machinery
Ability to resolve issues related to die design and application.
