Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for technical roles
• Majorly worked on C2H & Wipro Client.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates, times, and locations.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements and conduct preliminary screenings.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, talent acquisition, and technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients and candidates alike
