Kazam - Assistant Marketing Manager (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, utilizing insights to inform growth strategies.

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.

- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including print media, events, sponsorships, and more.

- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget.

- Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility through creative and impactful initiatives - offline and online P and L

- Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve the highest ROI on marketing efforts.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, and Creative, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of growth/marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, and a panache for Climate Tech Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital analytics, track performance metrics on Google and LinkedIn, and derive actionable insights to optimize content strategy and achieve KPIs.
