Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop issues

Perform repairs and replace faulty components

Refurbish laptops to meet quality standards

Install and configure operating systems and software

Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper functionality

Requirements:

Experience in laptop diagnosis and repair

Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)

Ability to refurbish and restore laptops

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Team player with a positive attitude
