Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Outreach: Identify and connect with potential sponsors and partners
• Proposal Creation: Develop sponsorship decks and presentations
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Pitch sponsorship packages and finalize agreements
• Campaign Execution: Ensure brands get promised visibility (ads, content, social promotions, etc)
• Performance Reporting: Track the effectiveness of sponsorships and provide ROI reports
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term partnerships and upsell future opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and advertisingExperience with CRM tools and email outreach
• Ability to create persuasive pitch decks and proposals
