Job Overview

Hoping Minds is looking for enthusiastic AI/ML and Full Stack Development (FSD) freshers to join our team in Mohali and Delhi.

Key Details

• Compensation:
• Initial 6 Months: INR 25,000/- per month
• Post 6 Months: INR 4.8 LPA (Performance-based appraisal)
• Location: Mohali (On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities

For AI/ML Freshers:

• Develop machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Analyze datasets to generate insights and predictions.

For Full Stack Development Freshers:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications.
• Work on front-end technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage back-end development with Node.js and databases like MongoDB.
• Collaborate with design teams for seamless UI/UX integration.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Skills Required:
• For AI/ML:
• Strong foundation in Python, machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data preprocessing and model evaluation techniques.
• For FSD:
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MERN stack is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
