Job Description

This is a contract on-site role for Initial 3 months and then work from India for a Project Manager - Banking Payment Integration at KashSam Data Solutions Pvt Ltd in Dubai/ India. The Project Manager should have minimum of 10-12 years of experience and will be responsible for expeditor, expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks related to banking payment integration projects.

Immediate joiner will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Project planning : Defining the projects scope and objectives, creating a schedule, and establishing deadlines
Project execution : Assigning tasks to team members, tracking deliverables, and managing resources
Risk management : Identifying potential risks and developing ways to minimize them
Communication : Keeping stakeholders informed of the projects status, risks, and issues
Process improvement : Identifying areas for improvement and communicating new best practices
Documentation : Ensuring that documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are up to date and accessible
Client relations : Building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied

Skill Set

Should have managed and handled projects on Dot Net Technology Stack and Integrations.
In depth knowledge of all relevant banking, basic rules and policies related to payment operations.
Expertise in electronic payment processing and Integrations including current industry processing models and future industry strategies.
Ability to analyse, assess, design, and adjust process flow for payment operations and the related quality and efficiency impacts.
Ability to develop new policies and procedures in response to, and in anticipation of, changes in the business and regulatory environment.
