As a Team Leader, Sales Operations, be the driving force behind empowering employees with the skills they need to excel and achieve goals on Weekly/monthly basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Operations Specialists in the work order process, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring that customer orders and fulfilment are processed efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and support sales teams and sales operations specialists.
Research, analysis and problem-solving skills to understand sales and consumer data and create c ontribute in Optimized Sales Operations Processes.
Technology skills to use CRM and automation tools in daily processes and act as a point of contact
Collaborate with the team on process improvement initiatives.
Track and execute key metrics, successfully deliver the process initiative and goal achievement for the team.
Investigative skills to identify root causes of errors and inefficiencies to handle escalations effectively.
WHAT YOU LL BRING:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, sales operations, business operations, or a similar field.
Experience with leading a team for 1-2 years
Exposure to working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Billing and Support.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales operations tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with datasets to derive insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and making recommendations.
Ability to effectively communicate information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with the broader Sales Operations team, Enablement Manager, and Operations Managers.
Willingness to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales operations.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information.
